I have 5+ years experience with shipping hoyas in extreme hot and cold. Add that to an unparalleled level of communication and plants that are typically rooted first, the results are a very high rate of successful shipping!
📋🍃on the subject of communication, I send out weekly updates (typically every Fri-sun) with individual pictures📸 of each Hoya!!! I can give you the names so you won’t accidently buy a double or I can keep it a mystery and I’ll hide the tag if you ask!!🥸😉!! If your Hoyas grow enough in my care you can ask me to chop and prop 🌱them back in their pots so you’ll have the start of a full pot 🪴 right off the bat!

💚I grow over 700 different types of hoya🌱, not including commons. 🔥 This is a great way to get new Hoyas you never knew you needed.
‼️I do not send duplicates, your box is tailored to YOU specifically!! If you want to order one comment SOLD with the size of box, then message📬 Fox Fire Flora or Leicha VanZile with Facebook messenger and include a screen shot of your comment. If you want to assure you do not get duplicates and/or want some control of what Hoyas might be in your box;
✅ 1. Either go to my business page (Fox Fire Flora) and pick a minimum of 25 Hoyas you like from the pictures in the photo albums, take screenshots📸 and send them to me…your box will be picked from those 25. (There are more detailed instructions on building a wishlist pinned to the top of that business page)

✅ 2. Send me an alphabetized list 📜 of the Hoyas you currently own.
In either case I’ll ask you what your growing conditions are and any preferences.

📬Shipping: I charge actual shipping to be paid after I ship.
📪 I ship Mondays and Tuesdays every week, if you need a different day send a message.
*I generally try to avoid shipping if your weather is over 90☀️or below 30❄️. If your temperatures will be below 50, insulation is advised. If temperatures are below 40, insulation with a heat pack is advised.
❌ Any box not received in person immediately upon delivery or held at a local post office for pick up is at risk of serious damage. Any arrangement at any time that allows a package to sit outside or in a mailbox for any amount of time is at BUYERS risk!
⭕️ If your mail is delivered typically past noon, you are probably towards the end of your delivery persons mail route. Regular USPS delivery vehicles (as well as most delivery vehicles) are not temperature controlled! It is during this trip most packages receive damage! Be aware of how long delivery might take and plan accordingly!
☃️WINTER SHIPPING💨
🌬️All boxes in cold weather are lined with tissue paper, packed with cotton, have all substrates secured and outside box seams taped.
🧣INSULATION: $3 additional charge. Box will be internally lined with silver bubble or foam insulation, seams taped.
🔥HEAT PACKS: additional $4 (72 hour), or $5 (96 hour)
All heat packs are high quality, designed for live animals🦎. They are secured to the bottom with several layers of tissue paper then covered with insulation forcing heat to dissipate out the sides. Hoyas do not come into contact with the heat pack.
☀️❄️Shipping is from Utah and I use USPS priority, if you want a different carrier you need to contact me.
✅I send all clippings in a net pot/cup set up (unless I am out of a specific size) with layered treefern and leca. All materials are new. All plants are new props from new growth!!*** There are many instructional videos outlining how and why I grow this way for reference!!**** All plants are labeled.
✅ I prefer to ship rooted plants!! If you buy a plant (rooted or not) and it’s health declines in any way in my care (dead leaves, broken stems, disease, ect) I will communicate that immediatly and offer either a replacement or additional clippings! I will ship the exact hoya you are sent pictures of or better if you agree.
Orders go in a labeled basket and you will receive updates weekly (typically on Fridays), with current pictures of each hoya in your order.
✅I provide consistent customer care and usualy respond within 12-24 hours if not immediatly. 💻
🧐 If you are a first time buyer feel free to ask around for referrals. I’m an established seller in both Utah and online hoya groups.🛒🛍️ I’m sure there are people out there who would be happy to give referrals. There are reviews posted on my business page and as far as I am aware I have no negative reviews posted in any online review groups 🙂
